CLAT 2018 is a national level entrance exam. It is initiated once in a year in the month of May. It is ordered for permitting admission in Integrated L.L.B and L.L.M courses obtainable by 18 National Law Universities of India. For the year 2018, the examination is being ordered by the Chanakya National Law University, Patna.If You want to give engineering exam fill the application form of JEE MAIN 2018.

CLAT 2018 Application Form

CLAT 2018 Application form will be obtainable from 1st week of January 2018. After the applicants can apply for CLAT 2018.  The applicants belong to GEN or OBC or SAP Group and need to pay Rs. 4000/– as application fee. For SC or ST Applicants it will be Rs. 3500/–. CLAT 2018 Application fee can be paid either online or e-Challan.

CLAT 2018 Eligibility Criteria

There are separate eligibility criteria for applicants seeking admission to LLB and LLM programs. Applicants can go through the standards given below:

CLAT 2018  LLB Programs

  • Age Boundary: Applicant must be less than 20 years old as on 1st July 2018 and 22 years old if the candidates are SC or ST. 
  • Academic Requirement: The applicant must have cleared 10+2 or any corresponding examination.
  • Appearing Applicants: Applicants who are seeing in the qualifying examination in April/May 2018 are also qualified to appear in CLAT exam. The applicants must change their grades (if any) into the percentage for appearing in CLAT 2018.

CLAT 2018 LLM Programs

  • Age Boundary: There is no upper age boundary for the applicants appearing in CLAT 2018 to pursue post-graduate programs. Therefore, applicants of all ages are suitable to give the examination.
  • Academic Requirement: The applicant must have an LLB or any other corresponding degree.
  • Appearing Applicants: Applicants who are seeing in the qualifying examination in March/April 2018 are also suitable to appear in CLAT 2018 examination. But they shall be required to show a hard copy of the proof of their passing the succeeding examination in the respective National Law Universities at the time of admission.

CLAT 2018 Syllabus

The appearing candidates for CLAT 2018 must check the examination syllabus earlier they start their preparation. The examination syllabus of CLAT includes all the sections of Current Affairs, Mathematics, Legal Aptitude, English, GK, Logical Reasoning. The GK & Current Affairs units comprise 50 marks each, while English section including comprehension, logical reasoning consists of 40 marks each. The mathematics unit will have 20 marks.

Negative marks ¼ Marks will be deducted for each wrong answer
